
Refund Policy

At The DEVIne Light, we honour the energetic integrity and sacredness of every service offered. Each healing session, reading, or product is prepared with intention, time, and energetic preparation. Therefore, we have set forth the following Refund Policy to ensure clarity and mutual respect between practitioner and client.
1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made at least 14 (fourteen) days before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or transaction fees.

Cancellations made within 7 (seven) days of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund, as energetic preparation work would have already commenced.

For product purchases, refunds are only eligible within 7 (seven) days from the date the item is received.

For crystal products specifically, refunds are eligible within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the item is received.

2. Right to Refuse or Refund
At The DEVIne Light, we reserve the right to refuse service or issue a refund at our discretion at any stage before or during the service for reasons including, but not limited to:

Energetic mismatch between client and practitioner.

Disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Attempts to "test", mock, or misuse the spiritual services provided.

Energetic conditions that indicate the work would not be beneficial or safe for the client at that time.
In such cases, a full or partial refund may be provided, depending on the circumstances, without obligation to disclose detailed reasoning.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Please note that no refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notification.

Change of mind after the session has commenced or completed.

Dissatisfaction based on outcomes or results, as spiritual healing requires active participation, belief, and co-creation from the client (see our Disclaimer and Co-Creation Agreement).
Healing is not a product that can be guaranteed. It is a sacred journey that depends on both practitioner and client being aligned.
4. Crystal Orders and Custom Energy Work

Custom crystals and charged spiritual tools are non-refundable once work has begun, due to the personalisation and energetic programming involved.

If a crystal is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photographic and full unboxing video (uncut) for evidence to arrange a resolution.
5. How to Request a Refund

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–30 business days to your original method of payment.
