2. Nature of Services

All services provided—such as Soul Readings, Healing Sessions, Energy Surgery, Spiritual Coaching, Crystal Energy Charging, and Herbal Consultations—are spiritual and holistic in nature. They are intended for self-development, spiritual growth, and personal insight.

• Clients are responsible for their own life choices and actions following any session.

3. Client Responsibility

True healing is a collaborative process. For optimal results, clients must approach each session with an open heart, willingness to engage, and sincere intention for personal growth.

Please note: Healing cannot occur effectively if the client harbours disbelief, scepticism, or engages in sessions purely out of curiosity, distrust, or to "test" the practitioner.

4. Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed with full payment unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment methods and booking procedures will be communicated clearly upon booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.

• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.

• In exceptional cases (emergencies), flexibility may be offered at the discretion of The DEVIne Light.

6. Confidentiality

All client information, including session details, personal disclosures, and spiritual insights, will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Exceptions may only occur where disclosure is required by law.

• Energy work is influenced by many factors including your belief systems, emotional blocks, willingness to transform, and personal circumstances.

8. Right to Refuse Service

The DEVIne Light reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose energy, behaviour, or intentions are misaligned with the sacred purpose of the work.
This includes, but is not limited to, cases involving:

• Disrespectful behaviour

• Repeated non-compliance with agreements

• Energy manipulation, hostile testing, or fraudulent intent

9. Crystal and Herbal Products

All crystals, herbs, and spiritual products offered have been energetically cleansed and charged with divine light according to Devi Kennedy’s sacred practices.
While they are powerful complements to your journey, they are not substitutes for effort, inner work, or professional treatment where required.
